Remembering Our Friend, Joe Sager

It is with great sadness that we announce the loss of our good friend, Mr. Joe Sager. A celebration of Joe’s life will be held at 10 am on Friday, November 1, at Eickenhorst Funeral Services, 12412 FM 2854 Rd, Conroe.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you please consider donating to the Montgomery County Pachyderm Club.
Joe was a Precinct Chair with the Montgomery County Republican Party for many years and most recently worked with our Communication Committee on website projects. He was always willing to pitch in and help with anything we asked.
He was a Montgomery County Pachyderm Club board member and helped manage their website and social media. He was passionate about helping voters understand their local government and find ways to get involved. Through his work in various nonprofit organizations, he was able to assist victims of violent crime protest the release of their offenders.
Joe taught himself how to do web design and pursued this as a career. He also enjoyed leatherworking and woodworking, and gave many hours of his time to Christian Conservative political causes.
We extend our condolences to his wife of 48 years, Janice, and his children and grandchildren. You are all in our prayers and we are thankful for Joe’s service to the Republican Party, the voters of Montgomery County, and especially for his consistent friendship over the years. He will be greatly missed.
