Precinct Chairs are elected by Republican voters on the Primary Election ballot to represent each precinct as the voting members of the Montgomery County Republican Party County Executive Committee (CEC). They are the closest elected representatives to We the People. Contact your Precinct Chair and volunteer to help get out the vote for conservative leaders in Montgomery County.

Precinct 17 MapDale Fessenden serves in Northeast Montgomery County between Conroe and Cleveland, helping make sure elections are run correctly, informing voters, encouraging them to vote, and representing the precinct on the County Executive Committee (CEC). As Chairman of Montgomery County Eagle Forum, he works to educate and activate citizens to become involved in our local, state, and national governments. He has been married for 53 years and has eight children, more than 30 grandchildren, and more than a dozen great-grandchildren! He attributes these wonderful blessings to the grace of God.

John has been instrumental in recruiting like-minded Christian Conservatives and helping transform the Party from a top-down dictatorial organization into a bottom-up organization with representative, grassroots leadership. “I enjoy meeting people of many different backgrounds, yet who are all pulling in the same direction,” he says.
He and his wife, Rae Lynn, have been married for 36 years and have two sons and a grandson.
