SB 4 (Special Session 3) - Increases penalties for human smuggling and operating a stash house. It establishes a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years for violations. This bill has been sent to the governor to sign. Sent to the Governor.
SB 1620 - Relating to the prosecution and punishment of certain criminal offenses committed in the course of or for the purpose of unlawfully entering the United States, unlawfully bypassing certain law enforcement checkpoints, or evading an arrest or detention; increasing criminal penalties.
